An exploit released by 3DS hacker smealum called regionthree has enabled region-free capbilities on the system, which allows you to play out-of-region physical copies of games, in the system’s native language.
The exploit supports the latest 3DS system firmware (9.5) and also allows you to bypass mandatory Game card firmware updates. For people who worry about their 3DS’s health, fear not; The developer has stated that there is a 0% probability of any kind of bricking.
