After getting pass the heavily accented man in Shinjuku, you will eventually meet Kuebiko. Kuebiko is a demon who refuses to take orders from humans, and you must defeat him to complete the mission that the heavily accented man gave to you.

What Is Kuebiko’s Weakness in Shin Megami Tensei IV and how to beat him
Kuebiko is weak against fire element attacks. Force element attacks will increase his HP and decrease the attacker’s own. According to a tip I received, light and dark element attacks are null against him. Electric, ice, physical, and gun element attacks all work against him.
I was surprised how weak Kuebiko really is. He is one of the demons in the game that I defeated the quickest. A couple of powerful hits that he is weak against should finish him off. After defeating him in battle, you will be able to obtain him from a demon fusion.
